5:01 pm
you could ever get in the middle of the night. >> reporter: santa rosa police arrested the 16-year-old driver. they have charged her with misdemeanor, vehicular manslaughter. well, police say there is no indication of another car being involved, witnesses say there may, in fact, have been more than one based on the crash, the cries of other kids to call 911, and the scene afterwards. >> i don't know if they're all traveling together or they're there, but it's just unusual to have four cars up here that time of night and all the people i could determine were young. >> reporter: here you're looking at the path the car took as it went over the embankment. those are some of the trees it hit. according to santa rosa police, the 16-year-old driver tested negative for drugs or alcohol. in santa rosa, wayne freedman, abc7 news. >> now to the evacuation at a facebook facility in menlo park after a deadly poison was su expect. >> yeah, it happened just across the road from facebook rex tillerson.
