county is expected to be sentenced tomorrow. shawn confessed to killing as they slept on the beach in 2004. it went unsolved for a dozen years and he admitted to shooting and killing his own brother in 2017. prosecutors are not seeinging the death penalty and he will receive a sentence of three life terms in prison. >> the ghost ship trials are expected to begin calling witness. he testified last week and at times it was tense in the courtroom. he and max harris face involuntary manslaughter charges for the 2016 fire in oakland that killed 36 people. he was the last witness for the defense. he allowed people to live in the warehouse and ignored safety measures. they suggested the fire was the work of arsonists.

in this surveillance video, a man is crouching in front of the dog, holding his hands out and it appears he goes out of frame and unties the leash and takes lily. she was missing. the whole san francisco police department has been looking for her since yesterday. we came out and we were talking to the family as they looked in spark parks in san francisco. here's what happened. we got a text from the brother that she was found. back out live, this is alexandria who is with her dog, duchess. she spotted lily and saw the dog running around and a dog lover herself, she rescued the dog and took it home and posted on facebook and started making flyers and wauging around with lily, the dog tonight in the tender loin. this officer smiled and waved who was a dog lover himself ran

into the family at the park and was on patrol in the tender loin and spotted lily. he went up and asked her, how old is this dog and alexander was like i don't know, i just found her. they connected the dots and here is the happy reunion. jenny, this dog is like all family pets, super important. it's a little bit scary, but can you tell people about how important lily is to you. >> i can't describe how important lilly is to me. she is like the hugest source of joy in my life. i can't believe i got her back. she was lucky enough to be found by the kindest dog lover who took care of her last night. i can't believe how lucky we are. i have no words to describe what happened. >> in your family, you have been through a lot. you have been struggling with
