the gray is not as extensive as it was yesterday. ten miles per hour in concord and 16 in fairfield. that's going to set the stage for faster sunshine and warmer temperatures, but nothing too hot today. we'll start off in the mid to upper 50s. sunshine. even out to the coast a little bit by noon. 58 there. low to upper 70s. definitely warmer during the lunch hour. near 60 at the coast. back down into comfortable 70s around 7:00. here is frances again. >> still quiet on the roads right now. we'll show you a few live cameras. if you're heading to the san mateo bridge, things looking good. hayward is on the right-hand side. 101 delay free all along the peninsula and into the south bay. it is a little crowded on westbound 80 for headlights moving threw emeryville right now. no big delays as we check out

the drive time on the westbound 80 stretch, highway 4 to the maze is 16 minutes. delay-free across the bay bridge on southbound 101 to sfo. now to the latest in the gilroy garlic festival shooting. investigators are trying to figure out a motive for sunday's shooting. police say they found a second gun in the shooter's car. it was also purchased in nevada. authorities say the gunman went to several big box stores before the attack. we don't know what he was buying there. the fbi says it needs up to four more days to process the crime scene. two community meetings are being held in gilroy, both start at 6:00 tonight. everyone can return to pickup their car at christmas hill park between 9:00 a.m. and 6:45. the family of the 13-year-old killed in the attack is remembering her as bright and loving. keyla salazar would have celebrated her birthday on sunday. >> reporter: strong, smart, beautiful, vibrant. words family and friends are

using to describe 13-year-old keyla salazar killed on sunday at the gilroy garlic festival. >> we wanted to be here because we think it's important that community knows who key la is and how important he is for us. >> reporter: her family was here at ace empower academy celebrating her eighth grade graduation. tuesday night they were here to grieve. keyla was the first to stand up when she heard gunfire. she turned to look for family. that's when she was shot. >> a desperate wish that it never happened. >> reporter: during the press conference tuesday, keyla's mom, dad and siblings stood behind those who spoke. her immediate family trying to hold in the heart ache. >> the focus of our community supporting keyla's family as they grieve, supporting our staff and supporting our students. >> reporter: all of whom are forced to live without the girl described as sunshine, a young woman who spent the young woman

let's take a look at what's going to happen with our air quality. still going to be very good to moderate as we head from wednesday through saturday. if you've traveling around the state, we have a few minor changes. mid to upper 90s as we head into the central valleys. along the coast we'll have clouds mixing with sunshine. 65 in eureka, 67 in monterey. 75 to 81 around san diego and los angeles. then we'll be around 87 in tahoe. here is the way it's going to look this weekend with temperatures starting off at 80, but hanging out in the mid 80s during the weekend. reggie? >> authorities in italy say the two bay area teenagers accused of killing a police officer in roam cried when they were told the officer died.

police say 18-year-old gabe nah tall la and 19-year-old finnfinn elder, the blindfolding of nat talley grave and unacceptable. he insisted the interrogation was valley. we learned the officer who was killed didn't have his gun with him that night. a top police officer said even if the officer had his gun, he wouldn't have had time to draw it before he was attacked. you can follow dan noyes on twitter. he is in italy right now looking into the story. we'll have his reports throughout the week on abc 7 news, abc7news.com and the abc 7 news app. in the south bay a milpitas woman is accused of illegally giving out hundreds of thou of prescription drugs at wall green. they say kim thien le impersonated two pharmacists

with flames similar to her. fentanyl, ox co-doane and morphine were the drugs. today is the deadline that pg&e has to file a response to an article published by the thee "wall street journal." the "wall street journal" obtained documents showing 49 metal towers that carried the line needed to be fully replaced. pg&e delayed upgrading its oldest transmission lines, ranking them as low-risk projects. detailed inspections began only after the campfire pg later decided to retire that transmission line blamed for starting the campfire. firefigters are battling to get the upper hand on a tucker fire scorched more than 14,000 acres of land. it's the largest wildfire in the state so far. cal fire says the fire began

board of directors that the sign reads no panhandling subject to fine. the signs were supposed to read no aggressive panhandling. federal courts have ruled that panhandling is a protected form of free speech. the federal trade commission rolled out a new tool to fight those robo calls. an interactive website shows you the particular types of calls spammers are using to target your area. you can see if the calls are live or recorded. you can also get details about calls getting the most complaints. we have a link to the database at abc7news.com. san francisco's levi's plazas has a new owner. a real estate company is nine different buildings on plaza street. the real estate firm also owns ghirardelli square and the south shore center in alameda. i wanted to remind you we do have the king tides coming at us once again over the manzanita
