cal fire crews near brentwood are mopping up after a vegetation fire charred 20 acres. it burned in the area of voss co-and marsh creek roads. no homes were threatened and firefighters say a lack of wind limited the fire spread. those triple digit temperatures aren't making it easier to fight fires or do much of anything else. abc 7 news reporter amy hollyfield live in walnut creek with how folks are coping. good morning, amy. >> reporter: good morning. very warm already, right now, even at 4:30 in the morning. the east bay an oven yesterday, more heat on the way. we're hearing it's supposed to be work. just think of the men and women who have to suit up and fight fires. this one happened yesterday in concord. no one was hurt in the fire. it started in the kitchen, but in addition to worrying about the house, the battalion chief
