a man and woman who were supposed to arrive in san francisco this weekend were found dead. san diego police say the victims who were in their 50s were found inside their home around 10:00 last night. family members in san francisco notified police when the couple never showed up yesterday morning. homicide detectives say the house didn't seem to be disturbed and neighbors say the area is safe and quiet. >> we have a dog in the house and sheng lt night at all. i hope this isn't going to be a "dateline" or "20/20" story.

the city of sacramento has filed a lawsuit to ban seven men considered to be a public nuisance from the business corridor. the lawsuit says the men are drug users, trespassers, thieves and violent criminals who are armed and often required a dedicated police presence. it includes statements from business owners and neighbors, claiming they've been threatened. one business owner says she think the y b them from being i one location, they'll go to another and cause another nuisance. so i think it's a temporary fix. >> some of the men named are homeless. but the mayor of sacramento says this is not about making
