county and over the golden gate bridge and south 101. abc 7s has obtained the autopsy report. two men in the bay area are being held for his dealt. this report shows that this officer died from extreme blood loss after being stabbed 11 times with a military-style assault knife. thy look at the autopsy and contradict some media reports that the knife struck his heart. the young man from san francisco stabbed the officer in self-defense and neither he nor his friend knew the men were police officers. the attorney argues that rega would be alive if he and his partner had followed police protocol. modern technology helped solve a missing person's case that follows back to the heyday of dial-up internet.internet.in.

and got hit by a train. the station was c for three hours. muni provided buses between embarcadero and union city. some believe the future of trains could become a death trap. b.a.r.t. has two types of new train cars. the e cars have doors on both ends which allows passengers to move pretty easily between the cars. but then they have the d cars which have more difficult doors on the end and they can only be opened by b.a.r.t. train operators. the examiner believes that could be really dangerous during a fire or other emergency. b.a.r.t. says, though, the current situation is safe. heads-up if you're planning a wecht get away. this is a live look at the airport this morning. we check every morning for you. right now 19 flights are canceled -- i should say are delayed. 30 are canceled. runway 28 l has been closed

before you tune me out because it sounds kind of wonky, listen up. it's a pretty big deal. it makes rent control the law of the land in california. there's only one other state in the country to do this, and that's oregon. under this law landlords will only be able too raise the rent for an existing tenant by 5%. on top of that, it will be harder for a landlord to kick a tenant out. they actually have to have a legitimate reason, i.e., the tenant isn't paying rent. there are a few exceptions to this law. for instance, the rent cap will only apply to california apartments built before 2004. mostly you're wondering right now, all right, how is this going to impact me. in parts of the bay area it mitancisco and oakland, for instance, already have their own pretty strict rent control laws and this new law doesn't override that. still, it's one about more protection for tenants, and
