stadium. amanda decostillo live at theiu. >> reporter: the decision came down at a special meeting tonight. now the citylara is working to remove the 49ers power over nonnfl stadium operations. the head to head battle between the san francisco 49ers and the city of santa clara is once again heating up. the city voted 6-0 tuesday to begin the legal process to terminate the management agreement of nonnfl events. a comprehensive report cited a number of lawsuits filed against the city by the 49ers. plus more than $85,000 in wages the city says wasn't correctly paid among other serious issues. >> the violations are significant. >> rctunl'ns retaliatory. you'll remember blasting the
