get inside the building he became aggressive and physical. kosarian had bruises on her legs and left side of her body. austin's public defender said it is clear he was having mental health issues at the time. an attorney tells abc 7 news that no charges are expected against the father who was piloting a boat when it hit his son. marin county sheriff's deputies originally arrested javier barello for manslaughter. his attorney said he is innocent and grieving. investigators believe his two sons fell off the boat on sunday and then were hit by the propeller. in the east bay, oaklandodc viof side show that hurt an officer. this happened at 55th avenue and foothill boulevard. police arrested one man for
