welcome back. brand-new accusations are being levied against dunckin' donuts for not telling thousands of customers they were part of a security breach. new york's attorney general is suing the coffee and doughnut empire for the hack. nearly 20,000 customers had their online account information stolen. prosecutors claim that they failed to investigate and warn more than 300,000 customers in another cyberattack last year. how much candy are you planning on buying for halloween? the annual survey may surprise you a little bit. u.s. consumers are expected to spend more than $25 on candy. that's going to amount to about $2.6 billion. so then if you start adding in the halloween costumes, decorations, and the greeting cards, shoppers will spend $86. that totals about $8.8 billion overall.

we had some problems early this morning but they cleared. a new accident on interstate 80 towards emeryville. the accident is off to the right-hand side approaching powell. so traffic is still getting by. for taillights moving westbound towards the bay bridge, it's backed up towards the 880 overcrossing. and with this live camera shot you can see the roads are damp. you might have to use your wipers in some spots. give yourself extra time. and we're tracking a new problem southbound 880 at 8th street inn hayward. it is slow on the southbound 880 stretch down to industrial. the creator of the labradoodle fears he unleashed a frankenstein monster. he crossbred the first labrador
