it's at rancho san antonio >> chrislvez has more. >> what you're looking at there is a suspect pinned between two sheriff's cars. the suspect was arrested here 15 minutes after police got a call of a disturbance in the area at around 1:00. today. >> there was.m a p vehicle that struck initially one pedestrian which led to two pedestrians and continued driving away from the scene. >> reporter: one victim died ind released. this is now a murder investigation. however, police say they won't release any details about the suspect or the victims at this time, only that everyone involved are adults. they believe the two pedestrians were hit at different parts of the park. police say by the time they apprehd deenthe vehicle was already kajdamaged h a broken windshield.

her contract. >> that's all coming up. finally here a 9-year-old in minnesota accidentally ran a 10 k race over the weekend and won. >> so when i start running i usually start out slow. >> reporter: he actually ran his first 1 k race when he was just 18 months old so i t s 9-year-old has a strategy for every race he runs but on saturday that strategy was left in the dust. >> then at the end where you had to turnaround there's a 10 k sign. i thought this is not a 5k. >> instead of turninged on the 5k route he doubled his distance by going ahead to the 10 k route. for his mom it was a different kind of race, a race of emotion one that took her from a normal start to a frantic finish. she was waiting for him to fin tish 5k. he never showed. even racers that he normally finish ahead of pass him by.
