pedestrian and led to two pedestrians and continued to drive away from the scene. >> reporter: one victim died in the hospital another treated on scene and released. this is now a homicide investigation, however police say they won't release any details about the suspect or the victims at this time. they believe the two pedestrians were hit at different parts of the park. >> the rangers were first on the scene of the incident and began cpr are the victim until the sheriff's office and fire department arrived on scene. >> reporter: police confirm tha. yoev police say by the time they apprehended the suspect his vehicle was with a broken windshield. >> there was no use of force between our deputies and the suspect. at this time we don't have any motive or relationship between the parties that were involved. but we do encourage the public to reach out to us ashis is a very frequently visited park so anyone that has information regarding this case to please contact the sheriff's office.
