>> she was escorted out of the zoo. >> the lion does look confused. whir a why are you in here? >> police are looking for her. and they may file criminal trespass charges. the battle between san francisco and the nra is taking a new turn. you probably remember san francisco supervisors approved a resolution last month calling the nra a terrorist organization. the resolution also called for city agencies to limit relationships with companies that do business with the nra. but in a new memo mayor breed said the resolution is not binding. san francisco's city attorney's office says the mayor's memo is not a concession to the nra. the deadline to get a real i.d. is just a year away. a lot of drivers are still struggling to meet the requirements. the department of homeland security says 27% of americans have been issued a real i.d. a lot of people don't understand the purpose of it. it's supposed to be more secure. >> they know who i am already. they have my i.d., they have my

an accident maybe, a new crash just reported as well? it wasn't reported as an earlier accident, but now it looks like four cars are smashed up in the left lane. traffic is stopped. so that earlier sigalert has been cleared, but i'm thinking this might be a new separate accident. and it is causing at least 20-minute delays out of san rafael. it's been a mess this morning. in the westbound direction, just past that accident, you notice traffic is slowing again. so that could be the police activity there. eastbound richmond-san rafael bridge is the spot to avoid. consider highway 37 or the bay bridge. we'll keep you posted. i'll have another update on this and several more accidents in the area. >> thank you. this morning a baby is making history just because he was born. >> the new jersey infant is the first to survive birth with this rare condition.
