investigators say ross, the wrong-way driver, they say she was impaired. they have not given specifics. live at sfo, amy hollyfield, abc7 news. happening today, a judge is expected to decide whether to reduce bail for the man facing a possible retrial in the ghost ship fire case. the judge may also consider dates for a potential new trial for derick almena. he remains in jail on $750,000 bail. a judge declared a mistrial after a jury deadlocked on involuntary manslaughter charges last month. jurors acquitted his co-defendant, max harris, for the deadly 2016 fire in oakland. a san francisco shelter for homeless women and children has been forced to shut down. that after a 1-year-old boy living in the building in the richmond district tested positive for lead. catholic charities says they were shutting down star community home and moving out all residents after failing three lead tests with the department of public health. >> one of the staff told me,

state park this morning, jobina fortson, abc7 news. >> hopefully it will warm up for him out there. thank you. she mentioned fleet week. it gets under way this sunday in san francisco. the annual event draws hundreds of thousands of people to check out the ships and the aerial shows. as always the star attraction will be the blue angels. they won't perform until next weekend. city officials are reminding people to be prepared for the crowds, particularly along the waterfront. this next one is getting a good amount of people upset online especially down in southern california. l.a.x. is banning ubers, lyft and taxis from picking up travelers at the curb. instead people will have to take a shuttle to a designated drop off area. this starts at the end of the month. people on twitter have been saying this will not only add headaches to the airport, but you may remember sfo also moved rideshare pick ups away from the curb. now to the new developments as president trump faces possible impeachment.

on monday. fog turns tuesday. we have some issues on the bay bridge. how is it looking? >> it's slow heading to the bay bridge toll plaza. an earlier crack on the upper deck was clear, now there's a crash in the backup in lanes three and four. as we look here, you can see some of those cheating cars trying to squeeze back into the lanes from the carpool lanes. on the upper deck it has recovered. also reports of a fire that's visible from the freeway in san jose northbound 680 at mckey. it might be a residential fire that is causing slowing on northbound 680. show and go on northbound 101. here is a live shot of 280 in san jose. headlights moving northbound. 17 across the screen. typical delays there. also you'll find the brake lights building up on southbound 680 through walnut creek on the right side. it's slow towards highway 24. but 24 is looking good at this
