[fanfare] now news to build a bebetter bay area from abc 7. >> four days afterf the very first round of power shut offs, pg&e has restored electricity to people with outages. good morning. pg&e says power was restored to all 700 -- 738,000 customers by about 6:00 tonight. all bay area customers have got back this morning. they were due to red flag weather conditions. the president and ceo spoke publicly again about the shut offs. >> i think i and the company have been particularly forth right in describing our shortcomings in this event.
