yesterday's fire. tuesday afternoon, two tanks that store ethanol exploded sending a massive fireball into the air. shelter in place and evacuation orders were issued for surrounding cities. >> we were in danger, didn't argue with the evacuation order. >> reporter: michael kellogg continues with renovation at his house this afternoon. they live a block away from nustar, watched the fire race up the hill behind their home. >> it's incredible it didn't spread to more tanks. they got vegetation fire under control quickly. could have been a lot worse than it was. >> reporter: in email to abc7 news nustar says they build to meet for exceed requirements that include earthquake, seismographic information, all because investigators are trying to determine in monday's
