you can see in this cell phone video, the fire burned close to the road as people evacuated the area. the fire broke out around 8:00 last night. it has grown to ten acres. cal fire ordered mandatory evacuation for about 45 minutes. those evacuations have been lifted. new video of a growing brush fire in southern california. people evacuated the city of golita near santa barbara. it has grown to 450 acres. both directions of highway 101 closed at one point because of smoke. that highway has also been reopened. more than 200 firefighters are on the scene. if you're wi n fr y bemergcy ale. amanda expy that was experienced is not necessarily a bad thing. >> this late test alert is doing little to discourage people in sn francisco. this should have triggered a
