manslaughter charges from another man's death. following a fight in may. police believe 36 year-old punched the victim outside a bar in the city niles section. the victim 40 year-old died from a head injury after being treated in the hospital. right now he remains free without bail. due to return to court next month. >> three u.s. soldiers killed during a training exercise in georgia this morning. riding in a fighting vehicle at when it happened. at fort stewart. >> investigators are looking into a deadly arm training exercise here. that killed three soldiers. all three died at the scene after the fighting vehicle rolled over into water. sunday morning. officials say no other vehicles were involved. the other three soldiers in the were injured and evacuated.
