more on the fog and your commute with jobina. we are watching a really sticky situation unfold in sausalito, talking about the fog. you can see the gray area. this is what we've learned now. southbound 101 at the robin williams tunnel, there are now nine cars involved in this crash blocking two lanes inside of the tunnel. speeds are down to 6 miles per hour. that keeps extending. if you get through this mess there's a fog advisory as you head further down. i want to check in on our mass chance it. we have b.a.r.t., ace train and the ferries running with no delays this morning. the ferries are operating on their winter schedule. the orinda city council will discuss the future of short-term rentals after the deadly halloween party at an airbnb. it will open with a moment of silence for the victims who

died. >> this comes as we learn the shooting mayn n sco. haim haimy hollyfield is live. >> reporter: police are looking into whether the shootings in orinda were retaliation for a quadruple murder that happened in san francisco in the hayes valley neighborhood about four years ago in 2015. orinda police are checking the backgrounds from last week's attack to see if that can help lead them to the shooter or shooters. meanwhile, family members are criticizing the police response time. they got noise complaint calls about the halloween party, but it took orinda police an hour and a half to respond, two minutes before shots were fired. >> i don't think any good can come from this. the police didn't do their job that night.
