arrested for attacking two people with a bow and arrow. addae preciado was charged. this happened near central avenue. police say that preciado knew the victims. both are recovering in the hospital. in a major reversal, a plaque with chanel miller's words will be on stanford's campus. former stanford swimmer, brock turner, was convicted of the crime in 2016. stanford initially agreed to put a plaque in the garden but the school rejected the quote from that plaque. it said in part you took away my worth, my privacy, my own voice until today. university administratiors said the quote didn't support a healing space. >> every day that goes by is another day that they are failing to show the kind of
