on the bulletin board in my dorm my freshman year. it was for the sports radio staff for the basketball team of the university of pennsylvania. i thought it would be a very easy way to get to go to games for free, but as it turned out, most of the staff had graduated last year, so they needed everyone on air, so within a couple of weeks, i was doing halftime interviews and eventually got to do anchoring and things like that. - did you do play-by-play? - one game. all right, good for you. kyle jones is our champion, as you know, ladies and gentlemen. you've been to both the summer and the winter olympics. tell me about that experience. yeah, when i was a kid in the '90s, the olympics came to atlanta in '96, and we were living in virginia, which is a bit of a drive, but it was close enough for my mom to think, "let's get in the car at 3 a.m. and drive on down and see the olympics." so we went and watched a bike race and went to the olympic village, and then we found ourselves living in colorado later in 2000
