whole pie. for that business, the timing is really terrible. just one week before thanksgiving. wole pie in santa rosa has 600 orders for thanksgiving. they have boxes stacked and ready to go. they said it won't happen if pg&e shuts off the power. the local library here behind me will be used as a charging station for people here in marin county who want to come get snacks, charge their phones. there's other stations that will be set up around the county as well as other counties right now. pg&e says that the power shutoffs are likely to start tomorrow morning. there is not really times at this point. a lot of information is fluid. power shutoffs will likely start tomorrow morning. pg&e hope to have most people's power restored by thursday night.

the president himself admitted he may be willing to testify. good morning, megan. >> reporter: good morning. unlike last week, this week we will hear from officials who listened in on the controversial call between president trump and ukraine. this morning begins three days of public testimony from nine witnesses. today's lineup includes three state department officials who listened in on the july 25th phone call to ukraine, including jennifer williams, special adviser to the vice president who called it unusual and inappropriate. and lieutenant colonel alexander vindman, a top ukraine expert on the national security council. and now a new witness added to the list for this week, david holmes. the diplomat who testified he overheard a phone call between eu ambassador gordon sondland and president trump. the transcript of his closed door testimony released overnight.

a 4:53 on this tuesday morn, we have been upgraded to a red flag warning. we are even closer to critical fire danger at 4:00 tomorrow morning and through 7:00 thursday morning. trying to clean everything up and lock everything down so it doesn't blow away. >> thank you, mike. a group of mothers vow to occupy a vacant home as part of their fight for affordable housing. abc 7 news was in west oakland where moms for housing held a house warming party. the mothers say the home they are now occupying is owned by an investment company that left it vacant more than two years. they say with the bay area in a housing crisis, that is intolerable. moms for housing hope they can make a deal to buy the house. in the east bay, more money for a flood control project is coming. $1.4 million grant will be used to set levees back from a tidal

creek area. it is among 44 nationwide awarded money by the national coastal resilience fund, a public/private partnership. chick-fil-a appears to be changing course. it is ending donations to two organizations that are said to be anti lbgtq. the donations have drawn backlash from gay rights groups over the past several years. chick-fil-a says it will now donate to those who focus on education, homelessness and hunger. here's a future look at radar and cloud cover 5:30 this morning. you can see some greenup to the north and out over the ocean. and then as we head into the afternoon hours, pink and whites. that moves over not only from the mountains around, say, northern lake county but also as you head over toward the sierra.
