your phone and tablet. activists are protesting oakland's homeless camp cleanup policies by occupying a park near city hall. a camp dubbed the housing justice village was setup today. organizers call the eviction and demolition of homeless camps cruel and inhumane. in the east bay investigators worked late last night to dig up more information about the deadly shooting that killed two boys in union city. they were shot and killed yesterday morning. they were sitting inside a minivan. union city police have not ruled out the possibility this may have been gang related. to the south bay, san jose police are investigating who fired shots in a neighborhood last night. yeah, you can hear the gunshots as a neighbor played us video

from their security camera. it all happened at about 10:30 last night on cape buffalo drive. a home, two cars and even a street sign were hit by bullets. >> we thought we heard six shots, but you heard it was more than six. and i counted like they put evidence markers, there was like more than 20. >> people were inside the home, but that was struck by gunfire but no one was hurt. in and out is being sued by cal fire over a wildfire. that fire burned about 250 acres in september grande. it also claims the tractor was not properly maintained and is seeking 1 to$1.2 million from t fast food chain. the democratic presidential

new york city mar imichael bloomberg entering the race today. abc 7 news reporter cornell bernard joins us now live from the newsroom with the story. >> his entry into the race adds a brand new level of uncertainty. following weeks of speculation it's official. former new york city mayor michael bloomberg is in the race for the president, making the announcement in his first tv spot. >> i'm mike bloomberg and i approve this message. >> dropping more than $37 million on a tv ad campaign, the largest in a 2020 election cycle so far. his fellow candidates firing back accusing the billionaire of trying to buy the election. >> democracy means that billionaires cannot buy elections. >> maybe the argument is, hey, i've got more money than the guy in the white house. i don't think they're going to buy that. >> bloomberg's ads will air in several key battleground states

championship. they beat west valley cottonwood 28-13 on friday night. paradise won without six of their starters who were suspended because of their role in a fight at a previous game. paradise appealed the suspensions of the four players saying they only left the bench to pull their teammates out of the fight, but they were denied. they will play on friday. espn reports colin kaepernick has not received a phone call from any nfl teams following last weekend's well publicized work out in georgia. at least seven teams showed up after kaepernick moved the work out after it was supposed to start. there was a dispute over the waiver. the former 49ers quarterback was asked to sign by the nfl. also karp nrk wanted to be open to the media. he has not played since the 2016 season. and new developments of the protest during the halftime of yesterday's harvard yale football game.

around the shoreline low to mid-40s. but the winds will become the bigger story. after midnight they begin to increase first along our coastline and area wide tomorrow afternoon. this is 7:00 in the morning. along our coastline winds out of the north gusting around 30 miles per hour at times. beginning to ramp up then morning and into the afternoon. those winds still active about 15 to 25 miles per hour. the good news is this wind event is very short-lived. there are no red flag warnings since the winds will quickly relax late tomorrow night and into early tuesday morning as rain enters the picture tuesday afternoon. tomorrow it is a dry day, a lot of sunshine and windy, again not the greatest hair day. about 64 in san jose and fremont, 66 the high in antioch. the storm impact scale this'll be a level 2 moderate storm. rain, scattered downpours along with winds increasing as this front moves through and that

will likely cause some travel delays as the storm goes through. tuesday morning, 10:00 in the morning it's a dry start to the day. the clouds will thicken as the morning goes on, and in the afternoon rain arrives in the north bay first about 3:00 in the afternoon and the front sinks later into the evening. mt. hamilton some pops of pink on the screen. there could be a mix of precip and maybe some sleet or wet snowflakes in our highest elevations. otherwise near the surface it's all rain. and those downpours the pops of yellow you see on your screen late tuesday evening as the front moves through. and those showers will linger into part of our wednesday as well. pretty good soaking of a storm coming our way. rainfall half an inch to an inch across the bay area. winter storm warning in effect for lake county. above 2000'5" to 10 inches of snowfall. but it's a bigger storm in the sierra. 2 to 3 feet of snow. and the highest peaks up to
