near 50 with sun and clouds from noon to 4:00. back to the low to mid 50s at 7:00. watch out for a random shower this afternoon. hi, jobina. >> hi, mike. happy friday, everyone. the roads are clear all over the bay area for you. you can see a couple cars moving across this morning and a live look at the bay bridge. can you believe it? 6:01, looking great right now. happy to see it. also here, want to show you some drive times. antioch to hercules, 26 minutes. highway 4 to the maze, 13-minutes. highway 85 to the san jose airport, 7 minutes. san francisco water department crews are working to repair one of three water main breaks in the potrero hill neighborhood. three homes were damaged from flooding when a 12-inch main broke at the corner of 22nd and rhode island streets. the water is shut down in this area.

there were also breaks found in a six-inch main at can sat akan california streets. across town, a water line leak also flooded streets in nob hill and jackson and mason streets. officials say it resulted in buckling of pavement near the cable car tracks they say it has been fixed and the street repaired. everything is back in service. you may want to think twice if you want a warm fire during the cold weather. the bay area air quality management district is asking people not to burn wood in their fireplaces or wood stoves this weekend. they're worried about the impact on air quality. officials say a spare the air alert is not in effect and wood burning is not illegal but they're just discouraging it. brand-new details out of fremont. five people were arrested for

what was a shots fired robbery at a target store. this is all happening as the black friday shopping was just getting started. we want you to hear the moments when authorities were first getting word of all of this. >> target at the hub. we're getting multiple calls of shots fired in the store. no. >> no one here, shots in the air, silver jetta took off. >> that is the latest tweet. officers say two of the suspects were juveniles. police picked up a gun and stolen video games. moments ago we got new details. they say the suspects were tracked down by the security guards in front of the target after allegedly stealing those games. one suspect drove up in the getaway car and someone else fired the shots in the air. thankfully police say no one was

this year. >> that will be cute. you can see dad here, he cut down the tree that they ended up picking which to some people might look like it's wasteful but the owners say because the stump is left in place, new sprouts can grow and that creates a new generation of christmas trees. finally millennials get credit in a good way for something. real christmas trees are expected to be a big seller this holiday season. last year there was a 20% spike in real trees. experts say the demand is fueled by millennials who are starting their own families and traditions. it's becoming more common for some people to buy more than one tree for their home. that combined with a christmas tree shortage means you may want to buy your tree sooner rather than later. the warriors new chase center opened in september but crews are already having to do a big repair. water crews are currently repairing one of three main

through and out the door this morning. liz and comekumasi? this morning repairs are under way after three water main breaks caused the roads to buckle. it was on 22nd street in the potrero hill neighborhood. water rushed down the sidewalks and into basements and driveways. >> crews are repairing one of three water main breaks along 22nd street. crews were digging to alleviate some of that pressure from the pipe and they're cutting it now. let's look at this photo. i was able to get closer to see what they're doing. you can faintly see a break in the middle of the pipe there. crews tell me they're waiting for pg&e to get here so they can get the green light to dig further and do more work. now, this all first happened around 9:30 last night. you can see how much water was

someone drove up in the getaway car and somebody else fired shots in the air. >> the first major storm of the season is causing trouble up and down the state. >> it's a problem in one of the busiest highway travel spot. chp is escorting drivers through the grapevine because of snow. caltrans had to briefly close the pass again last night because of these whiteout conditions you're seeing. the pass was shut down almost 12 hours the night before. officials are pushing drivers to detour using 101 due to those slick conditions. and also in southern california, interstate 15 at the cajon pass is reopened after being partially closed for hours due to accidents and snow. thousands of drivers crawled over the pass yesterday. those conditions are
