two stabbing incidents in europe. the first happened this afternoon in england on london bridge. man began attacking random people with a knife. good samaritans restrained and disarmed the man. police evacuated the bridge and rushed with guns drawn. the suspect was shot kp killed. he was wearing a fake bomb vest. >> it was engs extremely frightening. you don't know what to do. why are gunshots going off in london again. >> another attack happened this evening across the english channel in the netherlands.

it home. you know where it is. >> people in one san neighborhood are assessing the damage after three separate water main breaks flooded homes. the breaks started around 9:30 p.m. at 22nd. the water rushing down the sidewalk and into garages and basements. the public utility commission identified the breaks in 12, eight and six inch water main. water has been shut off to the area. crews are making repairs. >> the snow is piling up. six to eight inches of new snow fell. there was virtually none a week ago. the skis is still limited. to seven of the 42 lifts. chains are required on 80. but not 50. >> skiing and snow boarding not for you. what about ice skating.
