live look at san francisco international airport, no delays right now due to fog, a far cry from this morning. more than 100 flights were delayed and 15 others canceled. meteorologist sandhya patel is keeping an eye on the fog tonight. >> live doppler 7, lot of clouds around. fog forming, visibility is beginning to drop. livermore down to seven miles. tomorrow morning, near zero by santa rosa, fairfield. be prepared, 5:00 a.m. 8:00 a.m. still thick. areas of dense fog for morning commute. use low beams, allow extra time and keep your distance. i'll be back to let you know when fog will be replaced by showers coming up. people are demanding answers tonight after homes were swamped in san francisco. intersection of 15th avenue

and street racing in the south bay. they've had enough and want something done now. amanda del castillo is live for us tonight. >> reporter: city leaders have compared widespread issues of side shows and street racing to game of whack-a-mole. say they're doing what they can to help discourage this bad behavior. earlier this year gave police the green light to crack down on the crowds that come with the crime. this sound, this scene, far too common across the bay area. those living near hillsdale and vista park in san jose say noise of rubber ripped through the area sunday morning. >> woke up, saw at least least t cars racing around. >> reporter: says it happens around the clock. few months back and block away, captured this video. same scene, this time with the

thoroughfare like hillsdale. amanda del castillo, abc7 news. >> join our build a better bay area group on facebook. a woman who delivers dogs for a living will be cited after someone stole her van filled with pups. disappeared from hotel parking lot in fremont, located the van in oakland with 24 dogs, many rescue animals, still inside. trying to determine if any are missing. julie bingham says when the van was stolen it was locked with engine running, animals had ventilation, food and water. >> i don't know what i could have done different. i was exhausted. >> oakland police arrested person in the fan, saying he was trying to sell the dogs. second man who was detained said he was trying to buy one.
