the woman's son. >> reporter: she's been missing for two weeks. >> this is very unlike her to not contact me. >> reporter: the last day family and friends heard from her were november 29th. her items were left at her condo. >> it's suspicious to us because she left her dog she loved in her apartment. her car is at her residence. >> reporter: she also left her cellphone and wallet. >> this is completely out of character for this person to go missing. >> reporter: she's a retired social worker. >> helping out the children in abusive homes was her intervening physically and through the court system. >> reporter: search teams already looked around her condo to try and find anything. tomorrow they're searching nearby parks. >> if you have any yooiidea of seeing her or any idea where she

went after november 29th we encourage you to reach out to the san bruno police department. >> finding her, at least finding out what happened to her. >> reporter: in san bruno, lauren martinez, abc 7 news. well, now to washington and that historic vote. the house judiciary committee voted in favor of the articles of impeachment against president trump. every democrat voted yes. the republicans all voted no. it came after two marathon days of bitter and hyper-partisan debate. >> for the third time in a little over a century and a half the house judiciary committee has voted articles of impeachment against the president for abuse of power and obstruction of congress. >> i have never in my entire life seen such an unfair rigged railroad job against the president of the united states. >> the president today called it an embarrassment to the country.

on wednesday the full house will vote, and if the articles pass as expected it's onto the senate for trial in january. in the east bay a man says a group of security guards racially profiled him, accusing him of casing cars as he was taking photos of bike racks. the man told abc louis pena he feared for his life as things eescalated. >> reporter: this was the beginning of a tense situation, minutes prior he was taking pictures of these bike racks covered in colorful yarn. he is chair of the oakland bicycle commission and wanted to show the bike racks to his colleagues. but instead these guards came out to question him. >> he said he knew what i was

doing and he thought i was casing the cars. >> reporter: according to wheeler one of the guards pulled out a firearm and refused to let him go. >> it's clear this is racial profiling and the only reason why i'm being treated this way is because i'm black. >> reporter: wheeler said he feared for his life and decided not to move. his second thought was to call police and tell them his story. once oakland police arrived wheeler was free to go home. in a statement the building responsible for the guards said to abc 7 news. we share the concerns that mr. wheeler expressed as he was on a public sidewalk and should not have been confronted at all. effective immediately we have changed security providers. after this incident the oakland mayor libby scaaf says she'll be sending a development team to the area. >> because everybody should be safe to walk on the street no

25 years after a 4-year-old boy disappeared from a detroit suburb a 25-year-old man believes he could be that boy. he disappeared in 1994. over the years age progression images like you're seeing here were created to show what he might look like as he aged. a week ago that 25-year-old man contacted police about his possible connection to him and agreed to have his dna tested. the man contacted her as well but when he failed to answer her

so the weekend is here. how much more rain can we expect? >> yeah, drew tuma is tracking it for us very closely. >> it looks like we'll get light showers and the second half of the weekend looks completely dry. we're still tracking some light pockets of rain. as we zoom on into street level you can see some light showers and outside the exploratorium camera showing you a mix of storms and clouds and it will remain pretty gray overnight tonight. and we're also tracking some pockets of dense fog especially right along our coastline. and a couple of isolated showers for saturday. saturday is by no means a wash out of day but a much dryer and brighter forecast is in store for sunday. numbers out there right now we cooled off into the 40s in the north bay and 56 in the city, the same in san jose. and livermore and brentwood both

checking in with a current temperature and high surf advisory remains in effect until 3:00 a.m. breakers up to 22 feet are possible and current swells anywhere from 10 to 11 feet. we'll see some snow in the sierra and up to 24 inches in our highest peaks. so winter weather lovers are having a good weekend. live doppler 7 along with satellite a cold front is now marching across the bay area that is complying the light moisture at this hour. the cloud cover overhead and dense fog in spots. some light showers, some lithe winds and pockets of dense fog likely. overnight tonight numbers will slowly fall into the low 40s to 50s. we'll see that dense fog early on, some drizzle. the daylight hours looks pretty dry, and then in the evening
