people out. >> the city is doing what it can. >> they have to allow him a chance to fix it. >> we tried to reach favors but couldn't. they boarded up this warehouse and put a fence around it. firefighters haven't determined the cause of the fire yet. they say it could take a while due to the amount of debris and damage. >> fiery accident sent two people to the hospital. it happened near heritage high school. after 7:00. both cars were found off the road. one had rolled over and caught on fire. there's no update on the condition of the patients. >> the cities are mourning twin brothers and another high school student. all three died in a car accident on christmas day. live with more near the scene of

confrontation between officers and a man shea shot and killed while he attacked his elderly parents. a 90 year-old man bleeding outside his home on december 1. he said his 60 year-old son attacked him. the son was going after his 85 year-old mother. officers said he had a knife and gun before they burst into the home. >> the elderly parents are recovering. the police department and district attorney are investigating the shooting. they'll determine if the officers were justified. >> the oakland a's tweeted out condolences to a much beloved hot dog vendor. he was a friendly face for countless fans. he was an institution for the a's and giants for 35 years.
