fleeing police. all take off running. >> suspects took off and slammed into the parking control vehicle at union and franklin street. kate larsen is live with the latest. >> reporter: at 4:30 on a weekday this stretch of union is very busy. crash happened here in the middle of the street, whole thing caught on camera. it started like this. and ended with this, overturned san francisco parking control vehicle. by-product of a chronic california crime, car burglaries. around 4:30 monday afternoon officers tried to stop a car that's known to commit smash and grabs in the area. according to sfpd, the suspects drove off. when the uber camera comes into
