bay bridge toll plaza. drive times, santa rosa to petaluma, 12 minutes. castro valley to the maze, 13 minutes. 280 to highway 85, 11 minutes. a group of moms is asking for supporters to join them at a west oakland home as they face eviction. >> on friday, a judge ordered the moms out of the home on magnolia street. wedgewood properties is offering to move the moms out and cover two months of shelter and assistance. the women have declined that offer. the sheriff's office says deputies will enforce the eviction. >> i think these ladies are trying to bring a broader scope of the housing crisis in oakland. >> the women stole the house. it's time for them to leave. we're hoping they leave in a voluntary and peaceful manner. it's the right thing to do. >> supporters are asked to show up at 6:00 this morning and each morning this week.

in the north bay, residents are nervous after an arsonist hit the area twice. >> reporter: an explosion followed by flames in this car woke up many in the neighborhood. >> i heard this big boom. i looked out the window, i saw the flames. >> ran over. jumped the fence and tried to wake the people up. >> inside the home was bob kennedy, who says saturday's incident was the second arson attempt to his property in the last week. >> he probably be back. and he did. that morning at 1:00, he threw another one. same m.o. same material. hit the garage door came down on the concrete and burst under the car. >> three days prior kennedy found a suspicious device on his

fema wants the company to cover the costs of washington's response to the wildfires in 2015, 2017 and 2018. if pg&e can't pay, the agency tells the "san francisco chronicle" it would bill fire victims for the nearly $4 billion. the money would come out of the $13 billion settlement pg&e reached with the victims. fema says it doesn't want to do that but it has to. a consider is expected to consider that issue next month. a san frncisco high school robotics team is giving the community a huge thank you. thiefs broke into their shed and stole tens of thousands dollars of gear including a laptop with all the programming code they had written. this is the second time thieves hit the team. they raised more than $13,000 on a gofundme page.
