in san francisco, the rally starts at 11:30 this morning. participants will gather outside of city hall at 10:00 a.m. the march starts at 11:00, goes up broadway to grand and then telegraph and back to the flaz s plaza. and also in san jose, they will march to the park. and crowds are not expected to be as large as previous year, but still could disrupt traffic. the first woman's march was held shortly after president trump' inauguration. and as you wake up on this saturday morning, we're slowly creeping up with the temperatures. >> very slowly. still a 30s out there, but we have sun. very foggy in the livermore valley with 36 degrees. you are in the upper 40s in

thing that he loved and i know that he didn't suffer. >> reporter: cole comstock was 34 years old. wayne freedman, abc 7 news. ang children were doused with jet fuel while playing at a school yard. a delta air lines jumbo jet dumped fuel before making a safe emergency landing on tuesday. and a group of teachers are suing delta, more than 60 duflts and children needed medical attention at first they said that pilot followed normal procedure, but now delta is not commenting now that lawsuit is involved. this morning potential trouble for tesla, a government agency announcing that it will look into driver complaints that tesla electric vehicles may suddenly start accelerating on

their own. marcy gli gonzalez has the deta. >> reporter: all three models under scrutiny after allegations that they can accelerate on their own, potentially causing crashes and the possession petition demands an investigation claiming that they ha malfunction and writing that i believe that tesla vehicles have a structure all flaw. and i believe that tesla must know of this flaw and be unresponsive to it. the allegations against the model 3, model s and model x covering some 500,000 vehicles from model years 2013 to 2019. nhtsa document cites 127 consumer complaints from owners and claims of 110 crashes and 52 injuries. the agency is now reviewing the possession before deciding

allowing for filtered sunshine. you can see that there is plenty of them offshore, but no rain associated with this, so we will have a dry weekend. all the side the window, you can see pier 15 with a bit of a breeze out there, 39 redwood city, 40 in gilroy. upper 40s along the coast. and here is a look at san jose, 280, where you can see the clouds. in the 30s with the fog. in petaluma, 39. so as we get toward the 9:00, 10:00 hour, the clouds are beginning to lift in the east bay. so certainly chilly where they are hanging on there. and in santa cruz, 45, a high in the upper 50s today. so a cold start you can a bit of fog. partly cloudy conditions. and numbers edging up a bit tomorrow for your sunday. could see about 60 degrees around game time. haook next several day, rain will be returning by perhaps your tuesday morning commute.

happening today, it is the chinese new year flower fair all happening in chinatown. it also is in celebration of the lunar new year. and it features a colorful display like the one you see families can pick up plant, flowers and fruits for their celebrations. this year is the year of the rat. the flower fair goes all weekend from 10:00 to 8:00 today and 9:00 to 6:00 tomorrow. and there will be several street closures in the area.
