their own. marcy gli gonzalez has the deta. >> reporter: all three models under scrutiny after allegations that they can accelerate on their own, potentially causing crashes and the possession petition demands an investigation claiming that they ha malfunction and writing that i believe that tesla vehicles have a structure all flaw. and i believe that tesla must know of this flaw and be unresponsive to it. the allegations against the model 3, model s and model x covering some 500,000 vehicles from model years 2013 to 2019. nhtsa document cites 127 consumer complaints from owners and claims of 110 crashes and 52 injuries. the agency is now reviewing the possession before deciding

allowing for filtered sunshine. you can see that there is plenty of them offshore, but no rain associated with this, so we will have a dry weekend. all the side the window, you can see pier 15 with a bit of a breeze out there, 39 redwood city, 40 in gilroy. upper 40s along the coast. and here is a look at san jose, 280, where you can see the clouds. in the 30s with the fog. in petaluma, 39. so as we get toward the 9:00, 10:00 hour, the clouds are beginning to lift in the east bay. so certainly chilly where they are hanging on there. and in santa cruz, 45, a high in the upper 50s today. so a cold start you can a bit of fog. partly cloudy conditions. and numbers edging up a bit tomorrow for your sunday. could see about 60 degrees around game time. haook next several day, rain will be returning by perhaps your tuesday morning commute.

so the next several hours, notice we've got a few clouds around, so that is why we will see the mix of sun and clouds with high temperatures in the mainly mid-50s, but in the north bay, perhaps 58, down around san jose, upper 50s for you. 56 in palo alto. and we stipulate ahedip ahead t question are cloudy and a slight chance of a shower. and tuesday morning, this is 9:00, some light rain. and then as we go through the rest of the day, it look like kind of wet and windy out there. this isn't a big system. is this a level one on the storm impact scale. and rainfal amounts maybe a tenth of an inch. up in the hills, maybe a ird this of third of an inch. and so for the game, clouds streaming in, but as the high pressure stays overhead, slightly milder, about 60 degrees. and through the resttestonures

continue but with more clouds in to monday. overnight lows in the lower 40s for the east bay, but the far east bay will see the 30s. so it will be chilly once again getting into the afternoon then looking at a milder day for your sunday. and into monday, increasing clouds. and the next system brings the temperatures down on tuesday. and wednesday we're dry, thursday back into the low 60s. and by friday, partly cloudy conditions. so a little bit more of that fog in the inland east bay achbtd then that should be lifting. but almost similar to last weekend when the 9ers played, but it will be milder near 60. >> yeah, not too bad. a perfect forecast foru. just ahead, the latest

and down in the south land, rainfall is much better in southern california, 81% of average. so we're following behind, we have a little more coming in overnight on monday. we thicken the clouds on monday and into tuesday, could be a wet commute coming back from the holiday back to school, and it looks like this will push on through into the middle of the day. and with light rainfal amounts, the winds will kick up and by the evening commute, should be drying out. overnight hours will be looking at conditions improving and in fact after that, that is when we'll begin to warm up a bit. 43 right now in redwood city, you've come up from the 30s. and 50 at the coast. walnut creek, you see the clouds and fog there as well. 43 in napa. felt like it was 33 early this napa valley. so highs today around the bay, mid-50s for most of you.

happening today, it is the chinese new year flower fair all happening in chinatown. it also is in celebration of the lunar new year. and it features a colorful display like the one you see families can pick up plant, flowers and fruits for their celebrations. this year is the year of the rat. the flower fair goes all weekend from 10:00 to 8:00 today and 9:00 to 6:00 tomorrow. and there will be several street closures in the area.
