yes or no, up or down. >> reporter: and with that fight over new witnesses continuing, president trump is scheduled to be in davos, switzerland tomorrow and wednesday for meetings at the world economic forum. today, an annual event in the bay area to mark the legacy of martin luther king junior. the caltrain will bring hundreds of people from the south bay and the peninsula to the march in san francisco. free tickets had to be reserved in advance and are no longer available. the train travels 54 miles commemorating the 54-mile march dr. king led from selma to mntgomery, alabama in 1965. the march starts at 11:00 this morning at the 3rd street caltrain station. there will be a stop at the willie mays plaza.

good morning. hope you're enjoying the holiday, sleeping in and looking at a lot of cloud cover across the state. tahoe is in the 40s, if you're thinking about going up to the muntains or you're there, it's mild. the next snowmaker arrives tomorrow. we're looking at anywhere from about 4 to 6 inches of snow. 40s today, overnight lows in the 20s. we'll see that rain/snow mix into tuesday.

back to dry conditions, cloudy skies, numbers coming up a bit into the mid 40s for wednesday. >> thanks. this morning at least two people are dead and a dozen may have been injured in a shooting outside a bar in kansas city, missouri. someone opened fire on a line of people waiting outside bef midnight. the bar appeared to be celebrating the chiefs advancement to the super bowl. one woman was found dead in the parking lot. an armed security guard shotspe among the dead. in the east bay, police say a tesla model s involved in a fiery pleasanton crash reignited after it was towed away from the scene. the driver died in the collision. firefighters were called to the toe l tow lot to extinguish the battery a second time. the crash happened saturday night. the car took out a traffic signal and slammed into a wall and caught fire. witnesses tried pulling the driver out but the flames were too intense. the national highway traffic

if you're out and about, it will lift after the 9:00 hour. heading out, you shouldn't have any problems. after that fog lifts, we'll see partly to mostly cloudy conditions, calm conditions on the bay there. so if you're headed into the city, plan on a cool one in the mid 50s. >> thank you so much. a school district has placed a bus driver on leave while it investigates an incident of claims of erratic driving. parents told school officials that children were calling them crying and scared. they said the bus driver was driving in circles over curbs. >> my daughter is crying her eyes out. she said she has a headache, she has to use the bathroom. all the parents are crazy. all the kids are crying. >> the driver told school officials students were interfering with the safety of the bus and he decided to return to the school. the district has apologized to parts and it's checking video from inside the bus to figure out what happened. in the east bay, a second
