got out from the scene but the driver of the subaru died at the hospital. neighbors are not necessarily surprised by the reckless driving. >> on friday, a mother waiting to pick up her child at school was also killed in a hit and run. she was hit while crossing the street at 98th avenue and cherry street. the suspect left in a nissan maxima. in oakland, alessle advocacy group called the village build an emergency shelter for those living in a curbside community. volunteers spent the weekend working on this temporary shelter on east 12th street in an effort to get people off the ground and into something safe until permanent affordable housing can accessible. the group says it is a call to moral responsibility or for moral responsibility on this martin luther king holiday. screen time may not be as harmful to a teen's mental health as previously thought. psychologists found previous studies only looked at screen time but not how the time was used. dr. jennifer ashton discuss the the study on "good morning

stadium with that part of the story. a lot of excitement >> a whole lot of excitement. good morning. the stadium is still lit up behind me and little trash in the parking lot despite thousands of 49er faithful who packed the parking lot to celebrate. you know they were doing that after the nfc championship victory last night. i'm surprised more people were not out there partying with the mlk day holiday with a lot of people having the day off. there was so much to celebrate after an incredibly dominating performance by the 49ers on the field. the stadium was jumping. that's what had so many fans believing that this team can go all the way when they head east to sunny south florida for super bowl liv in 13 days. look at the crowds of faithful. they were going wild inside levi stadium. a sea of red and gold and a feeling so many fans have not felt in quite some time. >> feels like we have the energy and we are ready for it. we're ready. this is our time.

they could end up on our website or in one of our newscasts. in the east bay, new details about a shooting that left three people wounded in moraga. the moraga police department has identified the suspect is 21-year-old isaiah glaze of sacramento. he shot two people around 7:30 last night. the police chief said he had a past dating relationship with one of the victims. officers found glaze in a parking lot off of moraga road with a self-inflicted gunshot wound. police are investigating the incident as domestic violence. at least two people are dead and dozens may have been injured after a shooting outside a bar in kansas city, missouri. someone opened fire on a line of people waiting outside. the bar appeared to be celebrating the chiefs advancement to the super bowl. one woman was found dead in the parking lot. an armed security guard shot the suspect who police believe is among the dead. a lot of attention on washington this week as the senate impeachment trial of
