morning. all nine people on board died. the faa, ntsb and fbi are in los angeles county investigating the cause of the crash. a source tells our sister network, espn, that the chopper made a climbing turn before it dove to the ground. officials say given the terrain and conditions of the crash site, they expect the recovery effort to take at least a few days. abc news reporter kenneth moton has more. >> kobe bryant as you can see here, this is his wife he leaves behind, vanessa. they had three daughters. the oldest -- the youngest justmonths. perhaps the best player of his generation when he retired in 2016, he was the third leading scorer in nba history. people are saying that he's much more than a basketball player, getting into numerous other ventures. he won an oscar in 2018 for his documentary "dear basketball." fans and athletes are

ongoing dispute of access to a peach in san mateo county. a billionaire is suing the san mateo county sheriff. he is arguing that people who visit martins beach should be cited for trespassing on his property and the sheriff's office is not doing that. there are several court cases over access to the popular spot that he purchased in 2008. he locked the gate in 2010 setting off this legal fight. the u.s. census bureau is looking to hire thousands of temporary workers for the census. >> but be aware of fake job postings. the better business bureau is says scammers are posting jobs jo online and asking for payment and fees for applications and training. federal agencies never ask for application fees. amazon is expanding in the bay area. according to the silicon business journal, the company will open two delivery stations in san jose. one on little orchard street and the other on mclaughlin avenue between i-280 and story road. amazon expects both locations to

describing the crash site as a logistical nightmare because where the helicopter went down is not easily accessible. the immediate effort underway overnight has been the recovery of human remains. we've seen the county coroner at the crash site within the past hour. a few minutes ago, additional search and rescue teams arriving. we have been warned that the process will take at least a couple of days to complete with the official identification of those bodies being the next step in the process. kobe bryant, the lakers legend, among nine people on board that helicopter when it went down shortly before 10:00 a.m. another victim, his 13-year-old daughter, gianna. she wanted to follow in her father's footsteps. that group traveling to a groout basketba youth basketball game. visibility was low at the time. abc's aviation expert sergeauggg that the flight data suggesting that there was a rapid loss of
