they squatted inside a home and refused to leave. they were evicted, then the property group that owns the home announced they will work to sell the home to a non-profit so the moms can move back in. sonoma county began clearing people camping on the joe rodota trail now that a federal judge declined to stop it. county workers have been doing outreach telling campers about a temporary shelter a few miles away. advocates for the homeless are demanding people be allowed to stay. they say they carved out a community for themselves. so far 30 people have moved voluntarily to the temporary camp. this morning the questions still remain, will witness testimony be allowed in president trump's impeachment trial. today senators will have another opportunity to question both sides before a possible vote tomorrow. megan tevrizian has the developing story. >> reporter: good morning. senators have one more day to ask questions, setting the stage for a possible witness vote

days coming up. >> thanks. listen to this story. a man with disabilities is talking about the attack inside a pleasant hill target store that left him with a broken wrist and emotional trauma. this surveillance video shows a man dumping phillip kinsler out of his wheelchair on to the floor on january 11th. it all started when the victim confronted a female driver in the parking lot for parking in a handicap spot. kinsler says a short time after that the woman's husband came into the store, found him and then demanded that he come outside and apologize to her. when he didn't respond, the suspect grabbed the wheelchair, tried to force him to go outside and flipped him out of the wheelchairment . first my wrist hit, the back of my watch hit the floor and i tumbled down like a rag doll on top of my wrist. >> i have to watch this. who does this?
