>> the video of the incident is making a lot of us upset, especially the man's neighbors. amy hollyfield has more on this. >> people in that neighborhood are scared. the victim talked to us but he did not want to talk on camera. his uncle agreed to only if we blurred his face. this happened in the diamond neighborhood. the man was vacuuming his car in his own driveway when two men grab him, point a gun to the back of his head, force him to the ground and pat down his body. the victim said he took his phone, gold necklace and a bracelet. his uncle lives in the same building. his camera caught the attack. >> lucky he's okay. i know it's a scary moment for everybody. it can happen to any person around here. >> another neighbor's camera captured this image, that's the white sedan they believe that neighbors say it may be time to add more cameras to the street.

they want thieves to know that the street is covered with cameras ready to capture illegal activity. police tell us they're still investigating. no arrests have been made. amy hollyfield, abc7 news. track the primary election at live desk. this morning, it's official. senator bernie sanders has won in new hampshire with 26% of the votes. he narrowly beat pete buttigieg who got 24%. during his victory speech last night, sanders said this is the beginning of the end for president trump. >> our campaign is not just about beating trump, it is about transforming this country. warren, joe biden and tom steyer finished in the single digits. it's important to keep in mind that the primary race is about winning delegates not just the popular vote. senator sanders got more votes

than iowa and new hampshire, pete buttigieg has two more delegates than senator sanders. the democratic field just got smaller. two candidates just dropped out of the race, bennett and businessman andrew yang. >> you know i am the math guy, and it is clear tonight from the numbers that we are not going to win this race. my goal, when i first started running was to solve the problems thagot donald trump elected. in order to do that, i will support whoever is the democratic nominee. >> nine candidates are still in the running for the democratic presidential nomination. a lab in richmond is set to start their own coronavirus testing starting today. up until now everybody getting tested would have to have the results going to the cdc in atlanta. that process took up to a week. the cdc sent kits to 16 labs nationwide to speed up testing. the one in richmond is actually

[ crowd chanting ] new hampshire voters have spoken. senator bernie sanders wins the first in the nation primary. >> this victory here is the beginning of the end for donald trump. >> reporter: sanders had won new hampshire in 2016 by 22 points but this victory far closer edging out mayor pete buttigieg by only a few thousand votes. >> through a campaign that some said shouldn't be here at all has shown that we are here to stay. >> reporter: rounding out the top tier, senator amy klobuchar riding a late wave of support from her most recent abc debate performance, pushing a message of unity and sensibility. >> donald trump's worst nightmare is that the people in the middle, the people who have had enough of the name-calling and the mud-slinging have someone to vote for in november.

have in store. thank you very much. at its peak there were 29 major candidates running for the democratic presidential nomination. that is the highest number we've seen. only these nine candidates remain. so far biden, buttigieg, klobuchar, sanders and warren have qualified for next wednesday's debate, that is in las vegas. in new developments in the coronavirus health crisis the number of dead jumped to 1,015 worldwide. most of those people are in china. more than 45,000 people are infected with the disease but health leaders say the pace of the new cases seems to be slowing. the number of coronavirus cases in the u.s. is still at 13. the house committee will hold a hearing today on the outbreak. >> the deadly outbreak is now known as covid-19 by the world health organization. it's short for coronavirus disease 2019. 39 more cases are reported on a cruise ship near yokohama, japan. that brings the total to 174. at least 23 americans have become ill.
