expected to provide. officers were responding to a xles disturbance call. they were told a when i had a gun. when they confront him, they say the boy started running and ended up on the tracks. it is not clear what happened next but they stay suspect produced a gun and was shot. the incident is under investigation. meantime, police haven't released the identity of the man suspected of attacking two women on the embarcadero. they say this man here wearing a cap and overalls stabbed a woman running along the embarcadero. he left on a bike and then attacked another woman some sort of tool. there is no update on either woman's condition. in the north bay, the san rafael fire department is testing a new strategy for responding to nonemergency 911 calls. it is a frequent problem that puts a grade on resources. the new 90-day pilot program has take.

and again, we're coming up empty handed. we're well below where we should be at this point in the storm season. we'll look at our exploratorium camera. you can see live picture of the transamerica pyramid. partly to mostly cloudy skies. this is all ahead of a front that will move through here early tomorrow morning. what it will do, it will kick up our winds. especially in our hills tomorrow morning. the north bay mountains and the east bay hills will find those winds gusting over 20 miles an hour. this wind event, not as widespread as last week's event. so a lot of us won't feel winds. what we'll feel, the warmer weather tomorrow afternoon. numbers above average into the 60s, if not low 70s. it is a mild holiday on our monday. a dry pattern the next seven days. the temperatures, we're slowly cooling into the 50s. a lot of us made it into the 50s. 58 in oakland. down to 54 in palo alto. 56 in santa rosa.

a little bit breezy along the coastline. all in all, it is a pretty quiet picture for a lot of us. the winds generally less than about ten miles per hour. theon exception, san francisco and half moon bay, gusting well over 20-miles-per-hour. here's the reason we're seeing the kick-up in our winds. live doppler 7, you see some cloud cover and a little bit of rain to our north. unfortunately, the showers are just falling apart as they move south. what the front will do again, as it moves through the bay area early tomorrow morning. it increases our winds in spots. everyone will feel the gusty winds. 7:00 in the morning tomorrow from middletown to calistoga to fairfield and discovery bay, we're finding winds over 20-miles-per-hour. the breeze continues throughout the afternoon and kind of repeats itself tomorrow evening. what you notice, folks around the bay shoreline, redwood city, san rafael, the winds are not that strong.
