leaving. the time stamp shows it happened at 7:14 p.m. before the four minutes after the super bowl ended. a man accused of two armed robberies in oakland and richmond was arrested in los banos today. he is believed to be the man with long hair and red pants in the surveillance video. police are looking for the other man. the man kth his hair and was planning to leave the state. police say he was a passenger in the car involved in a police chase on i-5. they say he admitted to the oakland and richmond crimes when they questioned him. car break-ins almost doubled. that's according to the annual crime report. the police foiled the record auto burglaries were up 42%. from 8,200 in 2018 to more than 11,000 in 2019. it is something we've reported on ten with usually throughout the year because it is such a big problem. wasn't just investigation. home burglaries went up by 8%. president trump has just tweeted out pictures of eddie
