amy hollyfield is live with the charges he is now facing. >> this is on crow canyon road where lana carlos was killed. var investigators say she was in the crosswalk with her sister when she was hit. the man accused of hitting her bailed out of jail last night. 24-year-old joshua byrne was booked yesterday for felony hit and run and vehicular manslaughter after turning himself in. 12-year-old lana was walking home from school when she was hit monday afternoon. officers say byrne was turning left in his raised-up ford f150 and he maybe didn't see her. her family says she was a wonderful girl. >> she was very special. sweet, sweet, sweet little angel. she loved everybody. she touched everyone's life. she's very close to god, she carried her biblnd in her backpack.
