that we first showed you on monday. >> the breaking update in this case, police have released the name of the suspect in the bay view assault. this is the guy, 20-year-old duane grayson. police arrested him this morning at 8:15 at his home in the bay view about a mile from the scene of the assault. he was booked on charges including robbery and elder abuse with a hate crime enhancement. today a community gathering was held in the bay view denouncing violence. we're also hearing of and seeing similar crimes. all attacks on the asian community. >> terrifying video shows the moments a woman is attacked in the stockton tunnel. sources say the woman between her mid 40s and mid 50s was iraqi through the tunnel 9:00 sunday morning when they was attacked, robbed of her purse.

watching and watching. >> i have not found any rain. at least not for the bay area yet. i do have records to tell but. oakland airport, 74 degrees. a new record. 79, tying the previous record, and richmond has a record temperature of 78 degrees. it was so warm. even in places like napa, fairfield, upper 70s. 82 degrees in gilroy. 68 in half moon bay. you see the changes coming. some clouds and some fog beginning on approach. all these warm days are taking a toll. we have the entire bay area covered in dry conditions. parts of it in the moderate drought category which is what we don't want to see. hopefully changes happen in march and we can start to see a difference in our drought situation. not now. not immediately. here's a look at the forecast. what you'll notice is tomorrow, an increase in the clouds and the fog.

angeles today. it was stolen outside a greek orthodox church yesterday. this morning officers tried full driver over after someone spotted the vehicle. the driver sped away before crashing minutes later. police arrested one suspect. authorities say they found the body undisturbed inside the casket. the new car ban in san francisco has yet to cause any traffic for drivers. they found it increasedon will slightly. the largest slowdown was seen on mission street during the commute. overall, bicyclists saw huge improvements. buses are reporting shorter ride times and there is a 25% increase of cyclists on that road. in our week devoted the b.a.r.t., we're asking what you thought should be fixed or worked on the b.a.r.t. wish list. i was at the pleasant hill b.a.r.t. station yesterday where we had riders tell us about their experiences.
