checked. in july she was cited for misuse of antipsychotic drug and failing to properly sanitize table ware and cook ware. investigation found the facility failed to keep a resident with dementia safe by sexual abuse from a house deeper who had two previous complaints of sexual abuse. sh says we believe they were unacceptable but isolated incidents. doing everything to ensure they won't happen again. laying blame in sacramento. >> the state department of public health has let this happen for years, it's let this happen by being asleep at the wheel in terms of licensing the facilities. >> her other ten nursing homes do not have covid-19 she says. i'm posting her entire statement online. i did contact the state department of public health for comment. call and e-mail.
