healthcare to believe his hospital is safe for surgery. >> we are entering into the next phase. this week. >> it's the news many have been waiting to hear. governor newsom is beginning to implement phase two of the plan. that means some retailers can reopen friday with restrictions. we have the details. >> phase two of the governor plan starts friday. here they are reviewing that plan to see if they'll put it into place. this is a phase that allows certain stores to open up for curb side pickup. you don't have to leave your car. businesses include bookstores like this. toy stores are included. for so many employees, clothing stores like this are included as well.
