cooler in our inland valleys and then we'll tap into this late season storm. we're looking at some impressive rainfall marked for the north bay, elsewhere not so much. it's a level one on our storm impact scale and a live look here as we look towards the east bay, where it is partly sunny this morning, but we will look for more sunshine throughout the day. numbers uniform in the mid-50s. san francisco 57, and red wood city. mt. tam the low cloud deck. low 50s from santa rosa and mid-50s concord and livermore. a look at san jose where the clouds made it down to the south bay, the central coast. the gray start and then looking at a sunny and mild mother's day. a few areas of the coastal gaps getting a little breezy at times but some scattered showers for monday and tuesday, particularly come tomorrow evening. so we'll bring in our storm impact scale with the isolated showers anywher from 0.01 to 0.1 of an inch for most areas,

but the north bay could see about a quarter of an inch and looking at the breezy winds up to 25 miles an hour. as we track it for you, you'll notice as we get into your monday, we're starting out dry, but as the afternoon approaches by about 4:00, we could see some showers, and then they get more scattered through the overnight hours. here we are into tuesday, where you could see the emphasis in the sierra nevada, the north bay and perhaps a lingering shower into the north bay for your wednesday. so a little unusual, temperatures coming way down. we're talking below average. here is a look at your monday/tuesday prediction, anywhere a couple hundredths, maybe a tenth over in oakland but as you look at that darker shading up to the north bay, a quarter inch to maybe a third of an inch, so certainly the precip favoring that part of the bay. in the south bay today, look for mid-70s for you in santa clara, san jose. cooler than yesterday by a few degrees on the peninsula. low 60s for san mateo. upper 60s redwood city.

70 in palo alto. san francisco mid to upper 50s. the winds 15 to 20 miles an hour so you'll need the jacket, a cool day. the north bay low 70s, with some sun by about 10:00, maybe 11:00. mid-60s berkeley, about 70 in san leandro and as we check out our inland valleys, it will be pleasant, but not quite as warm as yesterday. we had some highs in the upper 80s out by the delta. so more like low 80, about 80 degrees with the breezy winds, through the delta, lows in the 40s and 50s and the accuweather seven-day forecast, warmest day bringing in showers. tomorrow and tuesday lingering in the north bay wednesday getting brighter. temperatures fairly cool, about where we should be for this time of year. liz? >> all right, a little bummed we have to say good-bye to that beautiful weather but it's good to get the rain. thanks. it's such a distinct change to our way of life in the midst of this coronavirus crisis.
