new developmentsment pg&e one step closer to emerging from bankruptcy. brought only liability by a series of deadly wild fires. today the california public utility commission approved the utility $58 billion reorganization plan. the judge still needs to sign off on that. pg&e is aiming to meet a june 30 deadline to qualify for a state fund for future wild fire costs. >> dedicating more resources to building a better bay area and focusing on the issues you're dealing with during the pandemic. we held a virtual town hall on the future of education.
