galleries. gyms, fitness centers, swimming pools, taisting rooms, brew pub, that is all allowed to start reopening. but there is a catch, the new health order in santa cruz county extended the partial beach closures through july 6. this means the we'beach is clos 11:00 to 5:00. and you can only go to swim, paddle board >> thanks, jumia ijulian. and also the wineries can open the tasting rooms without being required to serve food. you do need to put on face coverings and social distance. since may 23, they have been able to serve food and drinks outdoors. so now they join napa county

in our deepest inland valleys. rest of us in the low to mid-50s under a partly cloudy sky. you can see the winds are still manageable during the morning commute and then look at that the acceleration during the afternoon and evening hours, sustained around 15 to 25 miles per hour with gusts even faster. they will calm down a little bit as we head through the overnight hours, that is why they will be cooler tomorrow morning. and when they pick up tomorrow, they won't be quite as aggressive as they are today, maybe around 10 to 20 miles per hour sustained. but look at what they do, 60s and 70s for the inland. and then we jump back to 80 and 90 sunday. and for sure monday we have a little bit of summer spread that will hang around all the way through thursday. so summer is coming back, but it will at least be not too hot. >> thank, mike. amazon is about to face a major legal case over its alleged unfair treatment of smaller rivals.

inland. it will be warmer starting sunday where mid and upper 80s are showing up. and monday will be a little warmer than average, but nothing too extreme. mid to upper 60s at the coast to upper 70s to low 80s around the bay. and mainly mid to upper 80s inland. listen to this, two young people are in serious condition this morning after being pulled from the wear at san francisco's ocean beach. according to the fire department, the two were among a group of five swimmers who were wading in the surf and got caught in a rip tied. lifeguards were able to pull all five to sa to safety. but two were unconscious. a lot of california cities are facing the possibility of layoffs and budget cuts because of the pandemic, but apply not san jose. the mayor is proposing a $4.1 billion budget. he says the city should be able to weather the recession because
