just as they intended, they are dancing in the middle of the street right in front of the alameda marlt. these protesters are holding signs saying dance for all their names indicating this protest isn't just about molly watkins but about all victims of police brutality. demanding really reform. >> i don't understand this phenomena of people calling on a black person. just for whatever reason or another and weaponizing the police. enough is enough. >> amos white works with people power. a special grassroots effort. his message a cheer one. >> the community is calling to defund police in alameda. that means redirecting funds. >> reporter: i think a call for action on friday. showing molly watkins cuffed and pinned to the ground by five police officers after he was seen dancing in the street. >> upon seeing the video, it was horrendous.

one of the first questions is why is this such a big story? it is interesting. the fact is joe biden is 77 years old and people are really concerned, who will pick up the mantle if something happens? so there is an incredible at of emphasis on who the vice president is. like we haven't seen before. the second part is, joe biden is going to need some key voting blocs around the country. it is probably going to be another one. those close elections. what he really needs is a good african-american turnout and a good young vote turnout and suburban women vote out. the question is, which of the female candidates can deliver? and right now, the pundits and everybody is working on the odds of and it kamala harris floats to the top. one of the big reasons is that she was in the presidential race. she's already been tested. she's been on thescreen. and what she shas probably the ability to do what you most want in a vice president. which is not make a mistake out of the gate.
