and investigators believe the same man responsible for gutzwiller's death also killed this federal officer a week earlier, that is david patrick underwood. he was shot in oakland outside the federal building during protests. a service for underwood will be held this friday. and we are learning new details about a second suspect charged underwood's death, the fbi says that robert justice jr. from millbrae was carrillo's accomplice. they met on facebook. justice drove carrillo in the van used in the shooting. he was a public supporter of the boogaloo movement. and david anderson explains what rm i used to reference a violent uprising or impending civil war in the united states. >> investigators say they tracked this white van and they were able to identify justice soon after the killing of the
