unacceptable. >> i think if she reflects on this, maybe she can be better. >> reporter: no one here remembers seeing her in the bar before and they haven't seen her since. some new developments in the past hour. bell monday police, we are told, showed up. they spoke with staff about the incident and they said they plan to follow up this week. by the way, the bar tender who was involved, we're told, doing okay tonight. live in belmont. >> abc7 news. in addition to the governor's order, some bay area counties are adjusting their reopening plans due to the coronavirus spike. san francisco has delayed reopening several businesses including salons, outdoor bars and museums including the san francisco zoo. they were originally set to get back to business tomorrow. ma ridge county also put tomorrow's reopenings on hold for a few businesses, hotels, gyms and personal services including tattoo shops and nail

salons. while contra costa officials are expected to make an announcement tomorrow whether they will pause any reopenings. >> in the north bay, inmates' family members protested outside san quentin demanding the state take more steps to stop the spread of covid-19 in prisons across the state. organizers of this afternoon's rally say san quentin has had at least 600 cases of covid-19. some of those cases are linked to 121 inmates who were transferred to san quentin from a southern california prison with a large outbreak. >> we want them to number one, stop all the transfers anywhere in the state. and number two, we would like them to be able to release individuals that should be released. >> some fear that staff members could unknowingly spread the disease to the people who live near the prison. santa clara residents just

victim of an unprovoked hate crime. this man cody chavez from sang jose yelled racial epithets when he attacked the 46-year-old victim from jamaica. the man was hurt but he will be okay. he faces felony battery, civil rights violation and resisting arrest charges. more fallout from the arrest of a black man in alameda who was dancing in the street. it is a story the i-team has been following for several weeks. you see the man taken to the ground by five officers, then hand cuffs. the city council is holding a special meeting tomorrow night to go over police policies, current laws, establish police oversight and anti-racism training. the gunman who investigators say won't a deadly shooting rampage at a walmart distribution center had been fired from his job there. he has been identified as luis lane from redding. he was shot and killed yesterday shortly after the attack in red bluff. one employee was killed and four

news out of mississippi, lawmakers have decided to remove the emblem from the flag. there will be a new state flag and it will need to be approved by voters. the flag was first adopted in 1894 and is the last in the united states to feature confederate flag emblem. while pride may not be quite the way it normally is, people are marking the 50th year of the san francisco event. there was a colorful the street francisco today in what organizers called the people's march and rally. it was a direct acknowledgement of the black lives matter movement that has taken off because of the death of george

coffee giant starbucks is the latest company to pause advertising on social media platforms like facebook over their failures to remove hate speech. the seattle headquartered company says they are holding internal discussions with media partners and civil rights organizations on how to stop the spread of hate speech. civil rights groups are boycotting the platforms, citing racial inequality after the death of george floyd. meantime, other companies are boycotting. coca-cola will ban social media for at least 30 days. hershey's, ben and jerry's, and levi strauss have also joined

the protest. if you bank with chase, you may have noticed an error in your accounts this weekend. chase customers nationwide posted on social media about incorrect account balances including wrong charges and lost funds. in a tweet today, chase blamed on it a technical issue and said it was fixed by 6:00 this morning. the bank said it delayed updates on what displayed on chase mobile and chase online. amazon is buying foster city self-driving company for $1.2 billion. they've been testing out vehicles regularly on the streets of san francisco. they could use the ougautonomo g vehicles to deliver packages and other services. they are focused on providing rides for passengers or what some refer to as a robo taxi. they are expected to remain in their positions when the deal closes. now for a check of the weather.

drew touma joining with us what our weather will shape up for in the week. drew? >> yeah. it will start with those winds that will be increasing, prompting the red flag warning starting at 10:00 p.m. this evening. live doppler 7 along with satellite. we've seen the marine layer evaporate. it is an indication that our winds will shift to more offshore. that's a drier wind and that will dry out our atmosphere. evacuate the fog but also lead to the higher fire danger. outside, the roof camera along the embarcadero, you can see the winds is in if he can in the city. we have wind gusts well order 20 miles an hour. look at the wind in the city. it is gusting to 41 right now. the wind direction currently is helping keep fire danger at a minimum. it is coming off the ocean water, adding humidity into our atmosphere. what will happen over the next couple hours, the winds will turn. more out of the north and northwest. that's a dry direction for us. it is gusty in napa at 24 miles

an hour. this is a windy evening on tap. the winds are keeping us on the cool side. mateo. 65 in hayward. santa rosa, one of the warmer spots at 82. we'll take a look at those winds. later on tonight at 11:00 p.m., we do expect the winds to shift out of the north and northwest and that's a dry wind. it is coming out of the north and north bay pretty fast. 20 to 30 miles an hour. you look outside the north bay and spots like san francisco, oakland, hayward, san jose, it's not all that windy. winds are on the light side. that's how the early morning hours of monday are shaping up. our concern is in the north bay. by 3:00 mop morning, you can see the winds are very active, gusting to 30 miles an hour. and it will keep the winds pretty high. into the $gentleman, what will happen tomorrow, the relative humidity is going to drop.

fairfield, napa, you can see the numbers are in the teens. it has prompted the red flag warning to go into effect. it will last for several hours, until 8:00 p.m. tomorrow evening. for those winds, out of the north. gusting well over 30 miles per hour at times. it does include parts of lake county. we will keep our eye on those gusty winds. tonight we're talking temperatures in the 50s under clear skies. winds are the big issue. tomorrow, not only will those winds bring in drier air but also warmer air. you'll feel the warm-up. 70 in the city. near 80 in oak lands. upper ailes for santa rosa. 90 for antioch. we had the red flag warning. the winds do relax tomorrow
