alert there. the man who went on a deadly shooting rampage at a walmart distribution center had been fired from his job there. he has been identified as lewis lane from redding. he was shot and killed by officers saturday shortly after the attack in red bluff. investigators say one worker was killed and four others were injured. the sheriff says that lane was fired from the center last year for failing to show up for his shift. investigators are still trying to determine how is that played into the shooting. mississippi's governor says that he will sign a brill that battle emblem from the state flag. cheers ebankru s year rupte s l passed. they are the last state to feature the confederate symbol on its flag. and 38% of the population is black. >> because you go hado have thet

to be leery of the winds and the dry air. in fact you can see still around calistoga, napa, around 20 to 30 miles per hour. by noon, we're dropping down below 20 miles per hour. and we'll hang around 10 to 20 for the most part and then once the sun goes down at 8:00, temperatures will drop out significantly -- sorry, the winds will drop off significantly and so will the fire danger. so we have about another 13, 14 hours to deal with this red flag warning. gas prices are on the rise because of gro gro gro gro gro o the average national price of regular grade gasoline went up by 6 cents. and that is 51 cents below the price this time last year. according to aaa, the average price in san francisco is $3.22.
