of that next week. and then looking at the elevated risk of heat illnesses and of course fire danger. here's a look at day three of our heat wave. just a few records. look at livermore, a degree away from the record forecasting 104. oakland is coming down from that 100 yesterday into the upper 80s. redwood city was 102. how about 92? and today in san francisco, 80. san jose was 93, today forecasting 96. half moon bay could see a record, still very warm there at the coast but just those subtle differences will make a change today for some of you. here's a look at the cloud cover coming into play throughout the afternoon. you'll notice that in the north bay, parts of the east bay. this is later on through the h. look how much cloud cover we could get into your sunday. so you adthat to some of the winds that will be picking up throughout the day. they get even breezier for your sunday afternoon. so just a little bit of a

all right, a south bay resident is sounding the alarm about changes with the postal service as we count down to election day. notices have been placed on several collection boxes in palo alto and they warn those boxes could be removed from service within a month because of low volume. this comes as president trump threatens to with hold post office funding that would be used to expand mail-in during the pandemic. >> sure if they gave us what we want and it's not what i want. it's what the american people want. >> the postal service warned 46 states including california that mail-in ballots may not be
