his client is not guilty of anhe also disputed chierchio's alleged ties to organized crime. kurland's law firm says in its statement that it is surprised by the charges, and they are cooperating with the investigation. now to a big development in the fight to prevent a murder hornet invasion here in the u.s. scientists in washington state say they've trapped the first male asian giant hornet. the hornets pose a serious threat to honeybees and can also be deadly killing as many as 50 people a year in japan. the goal is to eliminate them >>an incredible story of survival in the new mexico wilderness. a dad and his kids found a hiker who said he had beened for 14 days including 7 with no food. they called 911 and told crews where to look but rescuers couldn't find the man. sunday the dad went back out and found the hiker again and this time he led rescue crews right to him. he is recovering at the hospital. >> wow.> ill ahead, the teenage allegedly caught with millions border.

back now with two arizona teenagers arrested near mexibo'. authorities say they were caught by border patrol agents with nearly $2 million worth of smuggled drugs including heroin and cocaine. the teens both 18 are now facing federal charges. one of the men convicted of iset tbemi raeeachseand froml o prison in three years. james jordan was murdered while sleeping in his car at a north carolina rest stop in 1993. officials say larry demery will be paroled in 2023. demery and anoth wifan mfoerfirs degree murder. they were both 18 at the time. the man known as the golden state killer is hearing from some of his victims and their families ahead of his sentencing this week. today marks day two of victim impact statements in a california courtroom.

wildfire that is moving toward the city. people are being ordered to evacuate and in the last 90 minutes, evacuation orders were issued for solano county residents to interstate 550 north of highway 128. on pleasants valley road, they are also being told they need to leave. this is part of the lnu lightning complex which has burned more than 32,000 acres and is 0% contained. and julian glover is live in vacaville for us with the latest. we'll get back to julian in a moment. but the live picture can show you what it loose being like
